Kiabi
A 2 year collaborator, Kiabi called on The Source for its major highlight of the year: the back-to-school season.
The CHALLENGE
For Kiabi's Back to School campaign, we were tasked with creating multiple assets based on their branding campaign: we'd need to take TV edits and adapt them for social media, while also producing original content that would fit within the narrative and feel of the wider campaign.
WHAT we've DONE
In total, we pitched around twenty different concepts - but with 3 different production routes. We optimized their original TVC with motion design, organized a dedicated shoot for the most complex ideas, and finally provided them with directions so the brand could shoot content themselves and we would then take care of the post-production afterwards. By varying production routes, not only were we able to help them keep costs under control but we also played the game of creative diversity to help performances. Overall, over 200 assets were produced and localized for 12 different markets.
